Hey there!
You are probably still sprawled out on the couch, right now- just how they left you last night after dessert! A holiday hangover from all the holiday cookies and grandiose feasts! That's okay, though because the day after Christmas is always weird and low frequency, anyways. Regardless, hopefully you all had a great holiday full of love and memories.
Here are some pics from my nice little Christmas with my mom. A simple, but memorable Christmas. :)

Happy Holidays
Dear You,
No one needs a calender to know that special time of year is here. In honor of the holiday spirit, we naturally feel the need to take care of the ones we love. We get them heartfelt gifts, make them yummy food, and just love the them that we don't always see around the year. We just put a little more effort into what really matters.
I love the holidays.
Wishing you a loving holiday season,
IotaDaily

For the Common Kitchen Klutz
Hello!
So, since the holidays are coming, grand feasts and tasty treats are becoming more and more a concern to the people of the America. It could be causing many a sleepless for those common kitchen klutz, like myself. Even Christmas cookies manifest into terrifying nightmares of vengeful burnt gingerbread men and ho-ho-horrifyingly undercooked Santa Clauses. Not pretty.
This holly jolly, good times wool, the white noise likes to pull over our eyes, with the misleading commercials and idealized TV shows- if it makes you feel any better, here are some cheats from my good friends at TLC for the fellow baker-wannabes that weren't born with a whisk in their hands. I don't like messing up, but if and when I do, I like to know what I did wrong.

For Inquisitive Minds
Good morning, loves!
So as you probably already know, this school year was my first year as being an online scholar. I absolutely love it with the flexibility it gives me. I love it so much that I wrote an argumentative essay about how great it is. Home or online schooling often raises controversy with parents so I thought that what better to write this essay about? Being that I have an inside look at what it's like.
For any inquisitive minds, here is the essay I wrote. After you read, tell me what you think about it. What are your views on alternative education?

Bringing in the Holidays
Holiday song that we can relate to as dog owners :)Dog tags ring, are you listenin'?
... In the lane, snow is glistenin'.
It's yellow, NOT white - I've been there tonight,
Marking up my winter wonderland.
Smell that tree? That's my fragrance.
It's a sign for wand'ring vagrants;
"Avoid where I pee, it's MY pro-per-ty!
Marked up as my winter wonderland."
In the meadow dad will build a snowman,
following the classical design.
Then I'll lift my leg and let it go Man,
So all the world will know it's
mine-mine-mine!
Straight from me to the fencepost,
flows my natural incense boast;
"Stay off of my TURF, this small piece of earth,
I mark it as my winter wonderland.
