10 Years Strong

Good morning, everyone.

So, as I am sure you know, today is a very a nostalgic day that has people all over the U.S. going back 10 years ago to September 11, 2001.

I don't have much to say, given the fact that I was only 3 years old when ashes filled the air on that eerie day in New York City, NY and Arlington, VA, but all I can say is just how much respect I have for America. Every single American citizen should feel so proud and so honored to be able to call yourself a survivor. This day, this seemingly tragic day, should not be about how grief-stricken we are that this happened to us, this day should be about how proud we are to have pulled through this and having become a stronger country for doing so. We are a resilient, but we do hurt. The goal is to pull together when things get tough. Together we will hurt, but together, we shall rise.
